  • What is raw hair and how is it different from virgin hair?
    In simpler terms, virgin hair is untouched hair, exactly like the hair we start out with in this world. It refers to strands that never received any color treatment or were chemically processed. Raw hair has the same qualities as that of virgin hair, but the difference lies in the chemical and heat. ​ Both are human hair extensions; however, raw hair not been altered. Virgin hair has been steamed processed to give it texture (i.e. deep wave, loose wave etc.) Raw hair has not been steamed processed or chemically altered in any way and will behave just like human hair growing out of your hair. ​ Raw hair is known for being the purest and natural form of hair extensions on the market. All the raw hair is virgin hair, but it is not true vice-versa.
  • Can I dye my MONSUKĪ hair?
    Yes! Our hair can handle bleach, dye and processing products without it losing its quality - when done right. This is why we advise you to use the expertise of a professional. We do not offer refunds when hair gets damaged because of dyeing, bleaching or processing by anyone other than our verified professionals. For coloring, we reccomend the help from our in-house colorist Cycy Dyed It.
  • Which length of hair will suit me (or someone else) best?

  • How do I take care of my MONSUKĪ hair?

  • How many bundles do I need?
    For shorter to medium length styles, we recommend the use of 1.5 to 3 bundles of hair - depending on how full/natural you want your hair to look. For longer lengths of hair, we recommend an amount of at least 3 bundles. This is because the width of the bundles are smaller when the hair is longer (24" and up). The reason for this is because each bundle on the website has a weight of approximately a 100 grams. You can always get in touch with our team if you would like more advice!   • What is the difference between single and double drawn hair?
    Single drawn hair means that the extensions contain multiple lengths of hair mixed into the extensions, resulting in hair that is thicker at the top, tapered in the middle and is thin on the ends. Double drawn hair contains a bigger percentage of single hairs that are all the same length making the piece of hair thicker and fuller from top to bottom.
  • Can I swim with my MONSUKĪ hair?
    It is advised to avoid swimming in salt water and water that contains chlorine as much as possible. But when you do - wash your hair directly after and treat it with a nourishing conditioner.   • I put in the wrong adress, can I change it?"
    Due to our Buyers Protection Policy, we are unable to change delivery addresses. We will then have to cancel your order and after this you can re-order. There will be a service fee of 10% deducted of your order.
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
    Get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Please note we may ask you to provide pictures of any issues, so we can process you enquiry accordingly. Do not remove any tags or labels as the hair needs to be returned in its original condition. Any worn, washed or altered hair will not be accepted as stated in our Returns Policy.
  • I damaged my hair while doing it's maintenance. What now?
    If you have damaged your hair while or by cutting, bleaching or (over)heating it and are not satisfied with the end-results - we cannot be held accountable for this and will not offer an exhange or refund. We can, however offer some advice in how you can fix your problem (if it can be fixed) or give some tips in how to do it better the next time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Contact us as soon as possible if any changes are needed, but this cannot be guaranteed as we begin processing our orders almost always immediatly. E-mail us within 24 hours to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, we will deduct a Service Fee of 10% off your order.
  • Where is my order?
    You can track this in your account.
  • My order is incomplete!
    If any part of your order is missing, it is possible that it was shipped in multiple packages. This is likely the case if your order is quite large. If you have not received all your items, please contact us within 14 days.
  • Does MONSUKĪ do Next Day Delivery?
    We currently do not have a standard Next Day Delivery service. For customers within the Netherlands we do offer a Next Day Pick-up service. If you want to pick your order up on the same day, send us an e-mail before 13:00 to ask for it's availability. Read more about our Delivery and Shipping policy here.
  • Does MONSUKĪ ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide with a tracked and signed delivery service.
  • How long does it take for my return to process?
    We aim to process and refund/exchange your order ASAP. A return should take up no longer than 21 working days (international 28 working days). Make sure to collect the proof of postage from your courier as a guarantee of postage. This way you can also track the progress of your return. From the moment we receive the hair, it can take up to 7 days for your paid amount to be refunded. You will receive the money in the same way that you paid. The process time of an exchange depends on the item requested and the inventory.
  • Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?
    MONSUKĪ cannot advise what customs fees may apply to international shipments. Customs fees, if any, are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MONSUKĪ. For more in-depth information, we suggest you contact your local customs office to avoid any surprises if there are unexpected delivery charges on your end.
  • How do I use my promotional code?
    We often run exciting promotions and reward our loyal MONSUKĪ TRIBE with some codes for their next orders. These codes can be submitted in the 'Coupon Code' box at check out. Our discount codes aren't available on delivery charges, sale items and gift vouchers. Your discount can't be used in conjunction with other offers and you can only use one code per order, including our free delivery codes.
  • How can I keep track of MONSUKĪ sales?
    We advertise our sales and big promotions on our social media accounts. Sale orders are treated the same way as discounted orders. Please note only regular priced items may be considered an exchange according to our policy. Our discount codes aren't available on delivery charges, sale items and gift vouchers. Your discount can't be used in conjunction with other offers and you can only use one code per order, including our free delivery codes.
  • How secure are the MONWIGs?
    The MONSUKĪ wigcaps are made from a stretchable and breathable mesh to ensure a perfect fitting. Combs can be added inside the wigcap for extra security. If you want to add these combs, please specify so in your order. To make your wig even more secure, you can add an elastic band at the bottom of the wig.
