booking information

Availability announcement

Our availability for bookings is released at 8:00 PM on the 15th of the preceding month (For example, December slots will be available on November 15th at 8:00 PM).

We recommend checking our booking site regularly for any potential cancellations or newly opened slots.

Please be aware that pre-booking in advance is not allowed, as our availability is updated on a monthly basis.
 

Note: If you don't see any available time slots, it means we are fully booked. Additionally, if you can't find the date you're interested in, it's either fully booked or we are unavailable for appointments on that specific date.

hair and general information

Wig craftsmanship and MONSUKĪ hair purchases

For ultimate durability, all of our wigs are crafted using sewing machines. Our exclusive MONSUKĪ haircollection can be purchased on our website.

Hair appointment preparation 

Regarding sizing, please inform us if you require a small, medium, or large cap size. Refer to the picture down below for a guide on how to measure your head. All hair should be delivered in person at least 6 days before the appointment date. Any day later an extra fee of €15 will be charged. MAISON MONSUKĪ reserves to cancel your appointment or service if the hair is delivered too late.

 

Order hair from the MONSUKĪ hair collection at least 21 business days in advance to ensure it arrives and is prepared on time for your appointment. The purchased hair will not be shipped when you have also booked an appointment/service as it will be installed by MAISON MONSUKĪ.Expect your hair to be ready for installation on the 21st business day following your order. In the rare event of any delays, MONSUKĪ will reach out to you as soon as possible. 

When you need to bring your hair for the selected service, feel free to do so during our regular working days. In case this timeframe is inconvenient for you, you also have the option to drop it off in our mailbox, with your full name is clearly indicated. Alternatively, you can ship the hair or wig to our postal address as a letterbox package, complete with a tracking number. Our postal address is Strausslaan 462, 2551NK DEN HAAG, NETHERLANDS.

Lace policy and information

We do not install lace frontals darker than the wearers skin tone.

If you're not familiar with lace frontals or closures, we suggest going for HD lace, which is thinner and seamlessly blends with your skin tone. HD lace is particularly recommended for glueless (mini) frontals.  

For individuals with light to light brown skin tones, opt for either transparent or HD lace. For those with brown to dark skin tones, choose medium brown lace or HD lace. When in doubt, we advise to choose HD lace.

Wig density

We only work with premade wigs in densities ranging from 130% to 250%. Frontals with excessive densities will not be accepted.

terms and conditions

Booking terms and deposit details

To confirm your reservation, a €20 deposit must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. You will receive a confirmation email containing a payment link for the deposit. This amount will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling Policy

Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of appointment cancellation. Rescheduling is allowed only within the same month, if there's a slot available. If the month is fully booked, the deposit cannot be transferred to the following month, resulting in the cancellation of your booking.

Service and appointment payment

The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment.

MAISON MONSUKĪ holds the authority to cancel bookings in response to disruptive behavior. Such behavior encompasses, but is not confined to:
 

  • Refusal to adhere to company terms and conditions.

  • Disrespectful conduct towards any member of MAISON MONSUKĪ, whether in person or through digital channels.

  • Engagement in physical or verbal abuse/violence directed at any member of MAISON MONSUKĪ.

  • Attempting to manipulate or selectively interpreting the terms and conditions to align with personal preferences.

late policy

Please make sure that you arrive to your appointment on time. A late fee of €10,- will be charged for delays between 15 and 30 minutes. Exceeding a 30-minute delay may lead to the cancellation of your appointment.
