Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship our orders using the services of couriers PostNL, DHL, FedEx and DPD. 

Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will automatically begin within thirty minutes. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be changed or modified. If you wish to cancel or change your order, send us an e-mail regarding this and we will cancel the order for you. You can then re-order on the site when interested. Please note that this action will contain a Service Fee of 10% of your order.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. We advise all orders to be placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.

Shipping for non-customized items within The Netherlands

  • The standard delivery time for all orders, placed within The Netherlands are 1-5 business days.

  • Same Day and Next Day Pick-Up available upon inquiry via mail or Instagram.

International shipping for non-customized items

  • Standard delivery time for all orders placed internationally are 5-15 business days.

  • Express international shipping delivery time are 3-7 business days.

Delivery times concerning custom made and pre-order items will be set per product.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We can only accept the following returns:

  • Items that are shipped back within 14 days after the delivery date

  • Items that were not on sale

  • Products that have not been worn, bleached, altered, used and/or installed

  • Products that still have the original tags/labels

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Custom products, colored jobs and installation services are non-refundable. If, for any reason, you are unhappy due to the defect of your product(s) purchased, after assessment we will refund you 50% of the price paid for the product/service. 

To return an item, please e-mail customer service at info@monsuki.eu to obtain a Return Number (RN). After receiving a RN, place the item securely in its original packaging with the RN and reason of return on a note and mail you return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  We advice using the services of a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as guarantee of postage. We are not responsible for the loss of damage of parcels by the couriers.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your creditcard statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.

 

A return should take up no longer than 21 working days (international 28 working days) to reach us.

You will receive the money in the same way that you paid.

The process time of an exchange/custom made product depends on the item requested and the inventory.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Once a payment has been made, customers have a thirty minute window to modify or cancel their orders. After this time frame, orders cannot be cancelled as your order would have already started processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes needed to be made. If you want to cancel your order after this time frame, we can cancel your order and you will receive your refund with a deduction of 10% for our Service Fee.
